Innovative WordPress Events: The next generation of WordPress gatherings

This is a living handbook page for WordPress Events. We will continue to update this page with upcoming events.

All About Innovative WordPress Events

WordPress events are the evolution of traditional WordPress gatherings (WordCamps and meetupsMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook.). They aim to spark innovation and adoption through accessible training and networking for users, builders, designers, and extenders. These events celebrate the community by accelerating 21st-century skills, professional opportunities, and partnerships for WordPress enthusiasts of today and tomorrow.

Additionally, WordPress events should be doable (not requiring too great an effort by organizers), replicable, scalable, and desirable for attendees.

The WordPress community is ever-evolving. Ideally, WordPress events are designed to help address the challenges of organizer burnout, increasing costs, and the need for more diverse event formats. WordPress events can be curated for specific audiences, focus on particular content topics, and offer a variety of engaging formats.
