Training Brief

The agenda for the event includes tips and techniques to improve the engagement rate and convert more RSVPs into show-ups. The training also covers features such as the contact members tool, mailing list, direct messages, discussions, event chat, attendee manager, and event check-in.

Attendees are reminded that the event will be recorded. Questions can be submitted using the Q&A feature and closed captioning is available.

The head of customer success of Meetup.com, Marie-Lou Gauthier, leads the training.
