Pending update for the Code of Conduct

All the way back in 2017, @adityakane proposed we update the WordCamp Code of Conduct to include distinctions for “caste” and “social class” when highlighting groups that we do not discriminate against. A decision was made to go ahead with the addition, but it was never acted upon, so let’s make that happen now.

For clarity, the change would update the WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more.
