As always I had a bunch on my plate. The biggest item was creating the new Train the Trainers videos. They’re almost done! I tested them with a meetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook. organizer and other than a bit of editing, they’re good to go. Also putting together our 2019 year end report.
I will be finishing the videos this month, and hopefully finish finalizing the details for getting our workshop up onto the Training team’s github GitHub is a website that offers online implementation of git repositories that can easily be shared, copied and modified by other developers. Public repositories are free to host, private repositories require a paid subscription. GitHub introduced the concept of the ‘pull request’ where code changes done in branches by contributors can be reviewed and discussed before being merged be the repository owner. https://github.com/, and creating the new questionnaires. But also, I have some new items on my plate for COVID-19, that I’ll mention later. That might bump my other items.

Green: I’ve been scheduling trainings, coordinating with Jill and Angela on new spreadsheets, and I am running a training next week.
I plan on doing pretty much the same for March, except for coordinating with Jill on the new Train the Trainers process when it’s ready.

Yellow: I need to send out the emails to meetups who have run the workshops and send the questionnaire to them. Was a little sick last week and I am still catching up with my work this week. Planning to get it done by the weekend.

Green! Super excited about our new tracking sheet, put up that post on financial support for meetups running the workshop, and did a training earlier today. March goals include hopefully moving forward with that financial support and building out how meetups apply for it, and scheduling more trainings.

Basically checking if the groups who need money for their venue or other important costs could get funding for running our workshop (and returning their questionnaires!).

@angelasjin and I have been working on a new tracking sheet for us. I’m going to have @miriamgoldman and @cguntur start using it for a bit first before I share the link with everyone, so that we can make sure it’s solid first.
This is a sheet where we track who contacts us, have they received training, have they run our workshop, how did their WordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. do.
