Annual Survey, I’ve come to these conclusions: * Push the timing of the 2019 annual survey to the first quarter of 2020 (likely by the end of Q1). * Keep most of the current questions for a program-wide survey, considering the feedback in [the post about revising the questions](https://make.wordpress.org/community/2019/09/06/discussion-revising-the-annual-meetup-survey-questions/) and remove specific questions about an individual community/group to split those off into a local survey. _Which brings me to the next point…_ * Create a template for a survey for individual meetup groups, which would collect feedback specifically for each group, which can be translated and distributed however an organizer sees fit (email, in person, etc.). What do you think of these ideas? Learn more about Meetups in our [Meetup Organizer Handbook](https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/meetup-organizer/). program. * The local survey is mostly going to be for collecting information that the local organizers can use (e.g., what types of events do they want to see, which neighborhoods would they like to have an event in, what days/times work best for them).
