I’ve been making sure trainings are being held. I will put out another call for trainers. Especially for later timezones than Angela covers in Europe time.

The document translation into Japanese is ongoing on Google Docs. We are aiming to finish this in March

Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook. based on their proposed workshop dates. and then send out the questionnaires and the speaker mentorEvent Supporter Event Supporter (formerly Mentor) is someone who has already organised a WordCamp and has time to meet with their assigned mentee every 2 weeks, they talk over where they should be in their timeline, help them to identify their issues, and also identify solutions for their issues. stuff accordingly.

Goal for this month: Reach out to all the meetups who said they would have the workshop in early 2020 and check if they are having the workshop, and see if they need help of any sort, update the 2019 and 2020 training spreadsheets

There’s discussion ongoing at the moment about getting them to plan a training session there.

Goal for this month: outreach to one more myself and have someone else outreach to another. I would love to have someone else on the team also do an outreach to a meetup they know of. Would anyone present today be interested?
