Wow, look at these awesome deputies! @chanthaboune

@chanthaboune suggested adding Meetup applications to the application tracker. The general consensus is that this would be a good idea, will make reporting easier and replace the excel spreadsheet.

@andreamiddleton mentioned it would be nice if the Central back-end application pages were all prettier (call for designers to help out)

2) Decision Making Process

@andreamiddleton expressed a passionate call for comments on the post, even if its just to agree vocally instead of silently.

CoCCode of Conduct “A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the norms, rules, and responsibilities or proper practices of an individual party.” - Wikipedia discussion, – it would be good to get organisers thoughts on training people to deal with CoC issues
