Automated Speaker Submission Post Issues

We’ve made an update to the logged-out experience that WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. It has been the case up to this point that if you were logged out, you were unable to see the form, let alone fill it out and submit it. While we do want speakers to log in to submit the form (so we can tie that activity to their profile), a form should at least be visible so everyone knows that they are in the right place.

The form is now visible whether you are signed in to WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ or not. If you are not signed in, then you are presented with a modal over the form that gives you some next steps.
