Harare update:

Since the last update, the team in Harare has started looking at more venues and is busy finalising an option for their continues meetupsMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook.. Once they have it selected they will send a venue approval request, so they can get it booked. Once the meetup is setup and regular then we’ll start talking about a WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. 🙂

Medellín update:

We’ve identified a preferred venue, and have started talking about the prices of things like catering, t-shirts, and parties. This Thursday, we’ll meet again and try to have a budget and date nailed down by then. 🙂
