As part of our current cycle I’m focusing on improving the predefined replies we use to answer email in SupportPress. Since many of you deputiesProgram Supporter Community Program Supporters (formerly Deputies) are a team of people worldwide who review WordCamp and Meetup applications, interview lead organizers, and keep things moving at WordCamp Central. Find more about program supporters in our Program Supporter Handbook. have been working in the queue for a while I’m hoping you might have some suggestions. All existing predefs will be updated and I have a list of items to add, but what predefined replies are on your wish list? You don’t need to have the answer or write the predef yourself, it’s fine to weigh in with questions you’ve seen come up.

Thank you Cami! I need:
- If the city is having a meetupMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook. and it looks good, but can’t find a 5-good-faith rule on the website.
- If the city looks like having good community but a meetup they have is not active. I want to mention that having monthly-basis meetup is the easiest way to keep the community active and we are recommending it for every city.
I wrote that kind of thing more than twice.
Sometimes I rewrite predef to easier English. If I use predef, the first e-mail will be perfect, but second e-mail will be in my easy English so that I want to try making balance.
