Realistically, it’s better this way anyway, because then it’s the same amount of effort for everyone, and there is an archive with up-to-date info, which is useful even with repeat orgs.

i think this is for the best. i found the two different forms a bit awkward anyways. in my case, i was applying to be a first time lead organizer of a 3rd year returning wordcampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more.. many of our coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. team are returning, but i’m taking my turn at the lead. if it’s possible to account for this type of organizing team in the form i think it would be good. rotating the lead role seems like a good way to decrease the burnout factor. thanks andrea! 🙂

That’s probably a good move. I submitted a returning organiser application yesterday – is that still valid or should I fill in the other form now? Happy either way, just need to know which one you need.
