  Hi Brandi. This blog is basically the virtual office for the team of people working on the outreach program, it’s not the place where the outreach programs happen. When we start doing trainings they will be publicized via the main wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ blog and local meetupMeetup Meetup groups are locally-organized groups that get together for face-to-face events on a regular basis (commonly once a month). Learn more about Meetups in our Meetup Organizer Handbook. groups. The one we are working on now is not for beginners, it’s a more advanced troubleshooting workshop to help women level up professionally. There will be beginner workshops in the future, though.

    Thanks Jen! Will keep an eye out for the beginners stuff. Apologies for posting in the wrong spot. I’m very new at all this, but I’ll link up with the local group for more info. I appreciate your response though. And good luck with the workshop! What a great resource for women in the field.
