Let’s meet and talk about 2013

Hi fellow mods, now that 2013 is upon us, and we’ve all gotten the habit of *the regular flow of things* on WordPress.tv, how about a live meeting (Google Hangout perhaps?) to discuss where we are and where we want to be? I’m thinking that the last week in January would be a good time, and I know we all are in different time zones, so let’s work out when is a good date and time to meet, or hangout, or whatever the cool kids are doing these days…

Here are a few agenda items I can think of, please add any others that occur to you in the comments:

• Guideline/approval standards that we can pass on to WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more. organizers – let’s build this doc!
• Process documents for the day-to-day stuff we do; an instruction manual on how to be a mod, if you will.
• Our thoughts on how to improve the WordCamp experience on the site overall.
• Editorial calendar to put a schedule to our posts.
• Your suggestions…

Also, it’s about time for me to make an update post on make.wordpress/events, and I’d love to have some action items to share, and also your thoughts on anything else that needs to be brought up in that update post.
