Proposing a new rule: if somebody wants to add !important in a patch, they would need to clear it in the weekly UI chat in IRC.

Makes good sense. !important to stay on top of these things (couldn’t help myself).

Sounds good. Perhaps also a good (or better) fit for office hours. We really should be doing more actual patch review.
