I like the idea of a macro level “Design” or “Dev” tag, but also a sub-topic tag attached to P2 posts that have work in progress, like “UXUX UX is an acronym for User Experience - the way the user uses the UI. Think ‘what they are doing’ and less about how they do it.”, “Concept”, “Mockup”, “Polish” on the design side. We’d keep these up to date, so anyone could click a link and see all “UX” tasks currently being worked on. When an item moves on to dev, we’d simply change the main tag from “Design” to “Dev” remove the sub-topic tag.
