Small design project (Rosetta)
Howdy all – Got a small project for you. Our localized sites like http://pt.wordpress.org and http://nl.wordpress.org are still running the pre-3.0 WP.org color scheme.
I’ve been working on a number of improvements to our tools here (which we call Rosetta) but the site needs facelift. The first step would simply be matching it with current WP.org styling. Longer term, the layout should match WP.org a bit better. Anyone up for this?

I’d be up for this. Is there anything involved beyond theme changes? Feel free to email over info.

Here’s the primary CSS file: http://en.wordpress.org/wp-content/themes/rosetta/style.css. I’d like to start with just matching the colors. Ryan, do you want to start on this? Ping me with questions. Here’s a Trac ticket: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/18249. If you guys want to collaborate, by all means. I imagine there are a number of tweaks to be had. Otherwise, I should have some more UI tasks soon — I’ll keep posting them here.

Many improvements are coming in 3.4 for i18n, maybe it’s time to get back to this ticket. Would love to collaborate, just need more dev feedback about what needs to be done.
