Blackberry Mobile App Trac being targeted for hacks

We’ve noticed an influx of new entries in the BlackBerry TracTrac Trac is the place where contributors create issues for bugs or feature requests much like GitHub.https://core.trac.wordpress.org/. that are hacky/spammy. Example:

The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience. this from happening for the existing bad accounts posting and also prevent it from happening further? The BlackBerry app is also dead (for several years now) so we can freeze the entire site or get rid of it entirely.

Hi, the mobile team would like http://iosbuilds.automattic.com to be http://builds.mobile.wordpress.org. Not sure how it should be set up, but it seems like iosbuilds.automattic.com is an A record to 184.170.248.91, so builds.mobile.wordpress.org should end up being the same, and iosbuilds.automattic.com should then just become a redirect.
