If I didn’t make a mistake today and needed to do svn update, I probably wouldn’t notice (until after I make a release) that @vanillalounge made fatal mistakes related to Serbian dist files.

In [20648] and [20903] he obviously wanted to add support for some features we have over at Serbian localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ to Montenegrin one, but he made changes to Serbian files that could have affected us.

I reverted those changes for Serbian but wanted to note that Montenegrin is still missing me_ME.php since it wasn’t copied as wp-config-sample.php was in [20649].

When you want to fork, you need to make a copy first, and then make changes to that copy, not to original.

Be careful in the future, @vanillalounge. 😉

OK So I have completed the 3.4 translation…

OK. So I have completed the 3.4 translation for nn_NO, re-populated 3.3 and all subprojects with the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. I have to do something in svn to make a 3.3 tag, so I can build 3.3 from RosettaRosetta The code name of the theme for the local WordPress sites (eg. bg.wordpress.org is a “Rosetta” site). All locale specific WordPress sites are referred to as “Rosetta sites.” The name was inspired from the ancient Rosetta Stone, which contained more or less the same text in three different languages.? I fear to go into those mines.

I have a problem with svn I can’t…

I have a problem with svn. I can’t delete tags on server.
Localy I delete with:
$ svn delete –force any-dir/
but when I update the server with
$ svn update
the files on server remain.
It’s a serious problem because I’m preparing the new WordPress version.

Hi! I’m new to WordPress language translations upload to SVN. Somehow I am getting error “access to ‘/wordpress-i18n/!svn/act/—here is some alphanum string—‘ forbidden”. I was trying with my username and password. Username: rolandinsh. I have experience with plugin’s SVN and there are no problems. but the access details are correct. how to solve the problem? perhaps the change of address from svn.buddypress.org to buddypress.svn.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users.
