    So i have the WordPress Dutch version and i’d like to change a button from Zoeken (Search) to Zoek (thats also search but shorter) could you tell me how i could do that because i can’t find the .po and .mo file

      This really isn’t the proper place for this question. You should try the Dutch WordPress forum: http://nl.forums.wordpress.org
      This site is meant for the various translation teams, not individual translation issue of themes not properly being translated ;)

    Hi there!
    First of all, happy new year to everyone! Second, where should I start if I want to help with the Dutch translation of the Codex? Are there any Dutch here working on translations?

      Die zijn er ja :) Het Nederlandse WordPress vertaalteam houdt zich overigens met name bezig met de vertaling van WordPress zelf en minder met de Codex.

      De codex is open voor iedereen om aan te passen en/of vertalen. Voel je vrij dus :)

      p.s. hou wel zoveel mogelijk dezelfde woorden aan zoals je die ook in de NL vertaling tegenkomt wanneer je gaat vertalen.

        Oke. Dan ga ik wel gewoon beginnen bij het begin. :) En ik zal op de termen letten.
        Hoeveel man telt het vertaalteam?

          3 stuks die kunnen accorderen, waaronder ondergetekende, maar uiteraard zijn er velen die mee helpen met het vertalen.

    Would you please add the user rubenwoudsma as a moderator of the Dutch WordPress forum? And if possible could you change my username ( defries) to an admin?

      It is a wp.org username which means it is used on all wp.org sites and services (plugins, themes, svn, trac, forums, Codex…) so although there is no official rule I’m quite sure that usernames can’t be changed.

      Hi Milan.. I wasn’t asking for the username to be changed, but just for the role of defries to be changed from moderator to administrator on the Dutch Forums. :)

        A I said in ticket I opened, we need to switch “admin” to more descriptive “administrator” or “administration”. It is very confusing.

      New mod access has been requested. As to the title, doesn’t editing your profile’s Custom Title do the job?

      Thanks Zé.
      It’s not about the title but more-so the rights. I’d love to be able to block spammers and such instead of just having to delete the post as only a moderator can..
