You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

I get an error every time I try to translate or approve a translation on translate.wordpress.comWordPress.com An online implementation of WordPress code that lets you immediately access a new WordPress environment to publish your content. The Main menu feature in Tools…

The “Main menu” feature in “Tools” menu of RosettaRosetta The code name of the theme for the local WordPress sites (eg. bg.wordpress.org is a “Rosetta” site). All locale specific WordPress sites are referred to as “Rosetta sites.” The name was inspired from the ancient Rosetta Stone, which contained more or less the same text in three different languages. should probably be removed, as it’s been superseded by the “Menu” feature in “Design”. (Isn’t it used as a fallback in some cases though?)

How about creating a page that would list translation teams working on specific projects? Kinda like the page in “WordPress CodexWordPress Codex Living online manual to WordPress.org https://codex.wordpress.org/”, but listing all the projects.

We’ve been receiving an increasing number of job…

We’ve been receiving an increasing number of job-related announcements on the Polish forums. Do you have any idea on what to do with them? Here are some: create a separate “Job announcements” forum on the official forums (I do realise you may not want that to be on the official forums)/(you|we) create a Polish counterpart of jobs.wordpress.net (the latter unlikely to happen)/we post a sticky topic that such announcements don’t belong here. WDYT?
