These are the settings for building, on the Tools menu (pt_PT is shown, adapt to your own localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. @nacin, a heads-up: I’ve created https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev by hand and imported originals from trunk. Could you (or someone) make the potbot aware of this, as https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/pot/trunk/ isn’t current at all.

I apologize if this is stepping on anything else, but we can’t really have a 3.7b out without a /dev or an explanation for why it’s not there.

Could we try to schedule a polyglots chat this Thursday or Friday (if not too late in the evening)? I’d love to have @catiakitahara, @defries, @nacin and anyone who wants to contribute.
