Hi, I got finished translating of Czech translation, but part of it i have in my local .pot file, part of it I have translated on glottpress. Is there any way how i can merge it and post to glotpress to find what is not yet translated?
BTW google translate does not work on polyglot (i know it is now paid, but you could use microsoft translate api).

Hi, you can export files from GlotPress (available with waiting strings and merge it locally). I checked your waiting suggestions, but there are some mistakes and they will have to be carefully validated. For example “Fixed” is not “Repaired”, but the right meaning is Fixed Background, etc. I was notified that Czech localization should be completed during next week (mainly imported from .po file) and then I will check differences or better suggestions and validate all strings. thanks Pavel, i know about those mistakes as glotpress is imo quite stupid enviroment for translation, that’s why i wanted to merge it with my “polished” translation where there are not such mistakes. I know i can export from glotpress, the problem is that i do not know how to import to glotpress

Hi, I agree that GlotPress is really annoying for better collaborative work (no translation memory, no easy testing, etc) and that is why localization team also uses Poedit. As I know, there is no easy way to import your strings into GlotPress as suggested translations. I can import them, but during this process they will be automatically set as validated, so it is not possible because I should check them before and compare with another localization source which I started validating yesteday. Sorry, but the only way is adding suggested strings manually into GlotPress. Or is there anybody who knows better solution?

Pavel – please can you finaly post to GlotPress current version of Czech translation? you are always promising tomorrow, yesterday etc. and this is really anoying. I believe that we can handle future translations better on GlotPress and to not relly on one guy who cannot keep his promises and wait 6 months or more.
Other Pologlytots – what should we do, when one guy is blocking all czech users from possibility to easily install czech translation?

I need BuddyPress (http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/buddypress/dev) translated and there is 100% finished translation waiting, some parts even for at least half a year. How can we get it validated? I would be happy to use it even with a not so good translation rather than having nothing.
