As I see, there are some rules to create, edit pages, add new releases and etc. -

There is something strange. I translated rosetta-ka_GE.po file. Uploaded it with MO file to appropriate folder in SVN. also uploades .png screen shot. But there is no changes!
What happen?-

rosetta files need deploying, and you can ask for a deploy at anytime in your Tools > Deploy Requests menu.

You can upload it here http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/ka/default, but I need your .org username first, to make you a validator, see the Getting Started guide. (also for SVN access) .
Keep in mind that the above ka link is for the WordPress core strings only. You should probably take a look at both the default theme‘s (Twenty Ten) strings and the multisite ones.
