I think @Ocean90 was looking into this for another localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. Have you actually asked the contributor/user to stop submitting machine translated translations?

A nicely well worded email explain the situation I think would go a long way into resolving this.

Have you tried getting a hold of them first and talk them? Blocking should be the final option when no other attempts have worked. I’d try talk to them and explain why you think their contributions are not helpful. Maybe they just need a kind explanation to become helpful translator (as they seem to be very engaged already).

So sorry about this, I know how frustrating it can be. Agree with Caspar though, let’s try to get a hold of them before blocking, might be worth trying to explain that this is not the way to go.
