Validation reminder for locales behind one minor/major version

WordPress 4.2 is a couple of weeks away and it would be nice to have the localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ that are close to being 100% released on 4.1 before 4.2 gets here.

This is a reminder to the translation teams for locales that are one minor or one major version behind as well as an invitation for teams who don’t have enough people or struggle to find time with translations to reach out so that we can try to find someone to help them along.

If you are a translation editorTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles: General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor and can’t find the time to validate suggestions or add translations, please consider adding some of your translators as translation editorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects.
