Hi Ze,
Just to remind you:
1- AZ page does not let me do the editing, it keeps redirects to Global!
2- AZB page has to be named as “آذری” because گؤنئی آذربایجان is the geographical name for South Azerbaijan. Name of the language is “آذری” which is the short version for “آذربایجان تورکجه سی”.
3- I do not know where to upload the translated files? Any help please?

1 – There has to be some cookie/cache issue. Could you clear those on your browser or possibly try another browser?

3 – See http://translate.wordpress.org/getting-started. The import link is only visible to editors (i.e., you) and is at the bottom of every translation page.

1- Did not work, even I used different PC but result was the same (Did import using step 3).
