I want to translate buddypress for Bangla language. How can I start a new language for buddypress.

Looks like Bangla isn’t available there http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/buddypress

Added http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/buddypress/dev/bn/default but more pointedly, it looks like no one is doing it for WordPress itself.
