Hey, I want to help WordPress by translating it to Sinhala. How can I do that? Is it allowed?

Looks abandoned (available download is 2.8.5), you may want to get in touch with the current team, first.

actually someone is translation and validating it in sinhala. But they are just not releasing it yet. Hopefully they will release it when 3.5 comes out. Please contribute to the translation by visiting
