Welcome back! I’ve re-added you as a Russian validator for WordPress.com, PollDaddy and VideoPress, and you still had access to Jetpack and Gravatar.

You can localize wordpress projects with the help of this tool: https://poeditor.com/. It has Russian and many other languages, and it also features an automatic translation option.
