I need a little more context here. Are you saying that “Pak Urdu” is different from “Urdu”?. I can see no official references to a variation of Urdu by that name: http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=urd

Yes, Pakistan’s Urdu language is different from Indian Hindi-Urdu language. And Pak Urdu is the official language in Pakistan. More than 250 million people speak Pak Urdu language in the World.
