It is ms_MY, not my_MM. I guess ms_MY is Malaysia not Burmese.

Thanks for the heads-up. http://bbpress-i18n.svn.wordpress.org/ms_MY is added, also to http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/bbpress/plugin/. Rosetta was deployed from GlotPress (not svn).
