Yeah, you’re right. but still can’t see the “Bulk” link on the top left-hand corner of the screen, even after clearing caches & cookie, and switching browsers.

Yes, i’ve tried both for him (Editor & Validator), unfortunately doesn’t work for him
Please Zé check permission again and fix the issue.

Something broke with the permissions system and I’m checking, but asos99 should be able to validate now.
