See this. I use tortoise SVN client for SVN access. It happens when I use ssl connection.
I can’t commit right now. I don’t know what happening and I don’t know what to do.
Please grant minnkyaw to SVN access. May be he can commit.

Confirm. It is on my side. But minnkyaw said he can’t commit. Pls check for it.
For me, it is ok now. I have committed new rosetta translation files to svn.
Pls deploy it to locale forum.
For locale site. I will request a new deploy from rosetta.
