when I update to 3.1.3 in our language. I checked and compared dist files and original coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. files using notepad. Everything is exactly the same except translated stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.. That warning disappear when I update to en_US version. What’s wrong with it ?
