How I can translate the contact page to my language? (e.g. http://fa.wordpress.org/contact/ )
and why the background color of contact page is white? it should be #E4F2FD because of it’s tab color.

You have to update the Rosetta theme translation in fa_IR SVN repository from the latest rosetta.pot file, which can be found on the “International WordPress Sites” page in Codex.

White is the standard color for that page, as in all other xx.wordpress.org sites (see http://es.wordpress.org/contact/ for instance)

I know, this is general css bug in locale sites, I think it’s better that tab and background have the same color.
