Can I request validator access for wpcom glotpress here (if there’s no validator for sv_SE already)? Or, do I need to do so at the wp.com forums?

No reply from any validator at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/swedish-validator . No one has been in contact with the Swedish team (me) (as per your post at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/on-validator-profiles-in-the-translation-platform-1?replies=1) .
