Thank you, but you didn’t deploy translation of bbPress.
I believe you got confused after this comment that I’m Croatian translator, but I am actually Serbian translator, I only used Croatian forum as an example.

What you call “bbPress trunk” is part of rosetta and should be requested from the dashboard. The theme and the plugin were deployed and I am deploying rosetta now

You need to update tag policy since under “request” there is “all requests for validator/svn access”, not “all requests”.
