I miss a ‘Find and replace’ feature in Poedit for the Mac. Workaround? Is there some other Mac software that have tis feature?
What tools do you use?

I just open the po file in textwrangler (or any other text editor) and do batch “find-and-replace” operations from there. Then just open the file in poedit and save to generate the mo file.
