What’s the eligibility criteria for students?

The contest is open to all students who are thirteen (13) years of age and no older than eighteen (18) years of age on November 22, 2010. Students must be enrolled in a pre-university, e.g. high school, secondary school, or educational institution. All contestants will need to have their parent or guardian’s consent to participate where applicable.

Umm.. there’s only a day left for the competition to start but that task list isn’t ready yet..
