I need to correct a statement I made about the SPAM tag.
The tag to use is public SPAM (lower case public and all caps SPAM). I said just the opposite.

  We use those to mark public uploads that are spam, yes? Why not just use a plain old “SPAM” tag since it doesn’t really matter where it came from (public uploader) but instead where it is going (the trashTrash Trash in WordPress is like the Recycle Bin on your PC or Trash in your Macintosh computer. Users with the proper permission level (administrators and editors) have the ability to delete a post, page, and/or comments. When you delete the item, it is moved to the trash folder where it will remain for 30 days.)

    There was a discussion awhile back about what tag to use. I’ll have to look back to know where it came from but we agreed to use the “public SPAM” tag.

        Makes sense to me:
        
        Instead of using the �spam tag for these posts, the public-spam one would be better. There are some legitimate videos related to (combatting) spam that already use the spam tag, so using a different tag will help keep those separated from the spam submissions.
