I’ve been liking the thumbnails that focus on the first slide of the presentation (if it is edited in) that has the title of the talk or the author name. I think it’s a nice way to let people know that “this video has slides” which are the ones I prefer to watch.

I also liked how it looked on the home page. Instead of just thumbnails of people, which tend to all look identical to one-another after a while, the home page appeared to have a lot of visual variety, which I thought was nice.
