Okay, I think we need to be more stricter in reviewing so we only have best videos. Since there is no way to add a NOTE on a video, I am doing it on the title itself. So, if it needs further review, should we mark it as FRN (to type less) ? I marked one with that since the video doesn’t look that good, the speaker looks disorganized. I wish there was a place to write notes..

Reviewing an hour long video is so torturing… We need to push WordCamp CentralWordCamp Central Website for all WordCamp activities globally. https://central.wordcamp.org includes a list of upcoming and past camp with links to each. to limit sessions to 30mins max. 😀

I agree; not a fan of some of the content I’ve seen so far, based on production alone. It sucks that the information is often good, and meaningful, and yet so hard to digest.

As for videos that are sub-standard, changing the title is a good way to leave notes, but we may also want to consider using categories and tags to also mark content. Since they’re both viewable from within the “All Posts” screen, and can even be filtered (by categoryCategory The 'category' taxonomy lets you group posts / content together that share a common bond. Categories are pre-defined and broad ranging.) it might make it easier to leave meaningful notes without making the title too long. For example:

As for run time, I don’t think that will be in our control but it would be nice to be able to edit the videos a bit, but I don;t know how we do that exactly; if the WordCampWordCamp WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress. They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy.     Perhaps DNP for Do Not Publish? That is what I used when I used to work in print publishing, but I don’t know if that is a universal term or just something my old job used.

    Ah, it occurs to me we should be careful about naming the titles… it ends up becoming the permalink for the post. For example, the permalink for this post (when it is eventually published) would be http://wordpress.tv/2012/12/04/__frn__-peter-baylies-doing-clever-stuff-with-wordpress/ 😮
